Microsoft today released a new Windows 10 Mobile cumulative update to Insiders - build 14393.67. The new build is available in all three Insider Preview rings: Fast, Slow, and Release Preview.
This puts phones on a higher build number than PCs on the Production ring, which were offered 14393.51 earlier today, and 10586.565 for devices still on 1511.
Of course, unlike those PC updates, the Mobile update is not available to the Production ring (non-Insiders). This is because Microsoft declined to release the Windows 10 Mobile Anniversary Update on August 2 like it did for the rest of its platforms.
It's been a week now, and at the time, Dona Sarkar promised that it would be "in the coming weeks", so if you're not an Insider, you shouldn't have to wait too long. You can, as always, just use the Insider Preview to get it though, as the bits are the same unless there's another cumulative update between now and then.
