Next Wednesday, Microsoft is holding an event in New York City where it will likely unveil a new Surface all-in-one device, as well as reveal more of the next feature update to Windows 10, Redstone 2. The company is now sending out invitations for another event, which is to be held a week later on November 2, also in New York City.
Unlike the October 26 event, this one will focus on Office. As VentureBeat notes, the last time that there was a major Office event was in 2014 and the firm announced Office for iPad.
This time, Satya Nadella and Office corporate vice president Kirk Koenigsbauer will "discuss the changing nature of collaboration and how we can empower every team to achieve more." The obvious conclusion to draw from this is that the firm will discuss Skype Teams, which has been rumored since early September.
Of course, if two Microsoft events in New York isn't enough for you, there's a developer event called Connect(), which is on November 16-17.
What do you want to see from November's Office event? Let us know in the comments!
