Microsoft has reduced the price of its latest Lumia devices in the UK store ahead of their launch in the country.
Earler this month, Microsoft unveiled the Lumia 950 and 950 XL duo of flagship smartphones at the Windows 10 devices event. Soon after the event, the devices were listed on Microsoft's online stores in certain markets along with their price.
Now, a report from All About Windows Phone has revealed that the UK pricing of the smartphones has dropped from what was quoted in the initial listing. The Lumia 950 is now listed at £449.99 which is £50 less than its original price while the 950 XL is priced £20 lower than the original price at £529.99. Both prices are inclusive of VAT.
It is possible for these prices to go further down when the devices officially launch in the country and become available through other retailers. Microsoft had revealed that the new Lumia smartphones will start shipping in November so an official UK launch might be on the cards soon.
