Thanks c64 for this one.
A New Stable Release of Miranda has been Released. It now connects to the new ICQ Servers for much more reliable communication. There is also improved support for connecting to other instant messaging networks (MSN for example). Other improvement include User Details dialog box and File Transfer. Not forgetting there's an SMS messaging plugin too.
