Motorola officially reveals Moto G5S Plus, priced starting at €299

It was only a few months ago when Motorola revealed its latest in its G-series line with the G5 and G5 Plus. The handsets offer a premium experience with its external metal chassis and various features but are priced for those that are on a budget. Now the firm is ready to offer something a little larger and with more robust options with its G5S Plus.

The G5S Plus is a larger version of the G5 Plus and while it does look similar to its smaller sibling, there are some notable differences. The G5S Plus will offer a 5.5-inch 1080p screen, dual camera setup with 13MP sensors, and improved front-facing camera coming in at 8MP. The handset will be powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 625 processor and will be available with a minimum of 3GB RAM, with an option for 4GB RAM. The handset will run Android 7.1 Nougat.

The Moto G5S Plus is not readily available for purchase just yet, but it is an unlocked model, meaning that if it does have the right bands, it can possibly be used globally. While Motorola did not provide a price for the handset in the United States, it will go on sale sometime this month in Europe for €299.
