Myst III: Exile details

Ubi Soft released further information this week regarding their Xbox version of Myst III: Exile. Focusing on the details of J'nanin, the hub age of Exile, the release outlined improvements on the interface and special features specific to the Xbox. In addition to puzzles, challenges and the beautiful environments PC gamers have come to expect from Cyan's games, the Xbox version will make full use of the force feedback controller to create the disorientation of travelling through the ages contained in the Myst books.

Further changes between the two versions include more dramatic lens flare and lighting in the environments and the introduction of full Dolby 5.1 through Surround Sound receivers. Also included in the Xbox version is a full screen presentation of The Making Of Myst III: Exile, which has been integrated into the game itself as opposed to a separate feature as it was on the PC.
