Sierra Entertainment on Thursday announced the latest addition to their NASCAR franchise.
NASCAR Racing 2003 Season will feature an enhanced physics model developed with the input of NASCAR team engineers and driving aids for both seasoned and novice drivers. The game also will include 2003 NASCAR Cup series teams and tracks. NASCAR Racing 2003 Season will even showcase new 3D graphics - including a populated pit row and aerial objects such as planes and helicopters. The enhanced AI reportedly automatically adjusts to match the player's driving ability. Virtual drivers can choose to compete against a full field of 42 NASCAR drivers online via the Internet or a LAN.
NASCAR Racing 2003 Season will ship in February with a suggested retail price of $49.99. Massachusetts-based Papyrus Racing Games is developing the title.
