Nebula 2.16 is out

Nebula is a Windows based CPS2, CPS1, and Neo Geo arcade game emulator.

NEBULA is an emulator for the hardware found in the CAPCOM CPS2 boards. The games that use this hardware include Super Street Fighter, Street Fighter (Alpha, Zero, Alpha 2, etc), games with Marvel characters and Dungeons & Dragons series.

Here's what's new:

PGM:
• Z80 is fully emulated.
• Fixed savestates in KOV games.
• Fixed text layer position being wrong by 1 line.
• Added shot factory (F8).
  CPS2:
• Fixed a palette sync problem.
• Scanlines in 640x480 are now correct.
  NEOGEO:
• Fixed sengoku3 decrypted driver.
  GENERAL:

• Added language switch for the menus.
