NeoCairo Beta 5.2 / Lotus Mappack

Team Orbit released the UT mod NeoCairo Beta 5.2 plus the Lotus Mappack. This popular UT mod inc. map pack is a 148 MB download.

Features:

Added Player Skin Selection to Launcher.

Added Dismount for Selket Guardian in Multiplay.

Added FireBall to Selket Guardian AltFire.

Added Crouch & Jump for Artifact Wing.

Added new 100% Health when Selket Guardian respawns.

That's not all. The day following the Beta5.2/Lotus release (Saturday 7/28/02), Team Orbit will be throwing a Hollywood Release Party! This is no ordinary party.

The party starts at 9pm at the incredible Badlanz Internet Cafe right in the middle of Hollywood and runs until 4am. NeoCairo will be running and 30 machines, with members of Team Orbit and GameSpy going online for some frag-festing fun. Reporters from E Entertainment Television, Contoversy Magazine and the LA Business Journal will be on hand with their questions and cameras. Our gaming "daddies" from GameSpy will also be covering the event with pics, and interviews. Of course a notable DJ will also be spinning "grooves to frag by". And finally, femme fatales from Perfect 10 Magazine will be onhand turning this into a true Hollywood A-List event.
