This week, Microsoft released Windows 10 build 18947 to Insiders on every ring of the program, an accident that ended up revealing some potential changes for the operating system. There's a new Start menu for some users, and a redesigned Action Center is also hidden in the build. The Xbox One is also getting a facelift, getting rid of the tabbed interface on the dashboard.
