Thanks to T Hancock for this handy little number....
By now I'm sure that you have seen that Nero, by default, won't allow a limited user account to burn CDs and I'm also sure that you have found a workaound and theres plenty of them... most of them really dodgey. Anyhow the point, Nero has released "BurnRights"... it adds a control panel icon that allows you to permit all users to burn or only member of the new "Nero" group and to top it off... it actually works :)
