New Beta VIA 4-1 drivers!

We have a new VIA 4-1 driver set for everyone today. These Beta 4.33 drivers are the first driver set from VIA in a while, and are looking to please. As always, these are not on VIA's official driver page yet, please consider and treat them as BETA.

Update Via inf driver from version 1.20a to 1.30

Add quickly and silent install function

Modify Bitmap picture

Fixed setup issue under windows XP
