Muse games today released their latest trailer and screenshots for Guns of Icarus Online, which shows off what they say is alpha footage taken from a play session, which took place earlier in the week.
The video (shown below) shows off what the company said “it will look like as you’re blasting your rivals out of the sky”. Guns of Icarus Online is set to become the first co-operative title which features airship combat alongside first-person shooter sections.
The game is also set to heavily feature team-based strategy with up to four people becoming crew on the airship while taking roles as Captain, Gunner or Engineer.
Pre-orders for the title also went live today on the official website, with all pre-order packages currently at 25% off. They do state that while pre-ordering the game won’t allow early access to the closed beta, there is the option to sign up for their newsletter that will give you the chance of an opening.
