We are a week away from when Honor will give us the full details about its upcoming smartphone, the Magic 2. But this past week, the firm has been quite generous with content regarding the phone, hitting different social media websites with images and videos. Now, a new teaser for the handset has been released, giving us a very good look from all different angles.
The newly posted teaser shows off the phone in its vibrant gradient red color, showing off its nearly bezel-less display, triple camera setup on the rear, and slider design. But what makes this video interesting is the ending, where a voice speaks "Hello, YoYo" to which the phone replies "I'm here, what's up?". If unfamiliar, YoYo is slated to make its debut on the Magic 2 and it will be Honor's digital assistant, similar to Apple's Siri and Samsung's Bixby.
Along with its unique design, the Honor Magic 2 is expected to have a powerful set of specifications. From various sources, the phone will most likely incorporate a Kirin 980 SoC, 8GB RAM, and 128GB of internal storage. The unit will feature a 6.39-inch AMOLED display, dual rear cameras that will each make use of 16MP sensors, along with a third 24MP shooter. It will have a 3,400mAh battery and a USB Type-C port for data transfer and charging.
If all of the above comes to fruition, the Honor Magic 2 could end up becoming a popular phone. Luckily, we don't have to wait long to find out all of the details, as Honor will reveal it in full on October 31.
