In collaboration with some pretty famous franchises, Mojang has released several mash-up packs for Minecraft in the past. Fans of the game have been treated to mash-ups for Adventure Time, Fallout 4, and more.
Today, a new such pack has been announced by the company, dubbed the Toy Story Mash-Up. Arriving mere days after the release of the franchise's latest movie, Toy Story 4, the pack will offer fans the chance to experience the Toy Story universe from the perspective of the toys.
Several classic characters have been featured, including Buzz Lightyear, Woody, Bo Peep, among others. Moreover, new characters from Toy Story 4 such as Duke Caboom and Ducky & Bunny are also going to be included. Players will be able to explore familiar places such as Andy's and Sid's bedrooms while controlling the aforementioned characters. Various puzzles will also have to be solved to explore more of the 'enormous' world.
In other Minecraft-related news, Microsoft yesterday unveiled a new science curriculum for owners of Minecraft: Education Edition, slated to launch later this summer. Furthermore, Mojang recently announced a new game, Minecraft Dungeons, which is set to arrive in Spring 2020 on Windows 10, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch. Telltale's Minecraft: Story Mode series, meanwhile, has been removed from almost all platforms today.
