Nintendo has raised it's full year sale estimates from 900 billion JPY to 966 billion JPY, following continued sales and profit success from their DS Handheld. Nintendo had already upped their estimates four times already this year, and are expected to announce actual year end profits on April 26th.
The company also expects foreign exchange profits to reach 20 billion JPY, rather than the 10 billion JPY loss previously forecast. Following the forecast shares rose 2.1 per cent, outperforming the Nikkei average, closing at 34,350 JPY.
