HMD Global released the high-end Nokia 8 earlier this year, but it seems the company is working on yet another flagship device, expected to launch with a Nokia 9 moniker. Over the past few weeks, we've heard about the Nokia 9 flagship device, including press renders, giving us a glimpse of what the handset may look like.
Recently, the alleged Nokia 9 passed through the FCC, which is usually the last stop before the handset is ready for sale. The FCC listing also reveals some of the key specifications of the device, which includes a 5.5-inch OLED panel manufactured by LG along with a Snapdragon 835 processor.
Furthermore, there's a 12MP+13MP dual camera setup for photos and videos, a 5MP front-facing camera for selfies, 128GB of internal storage coupled with a microSD card slot for expansion, and a 3,250mAh battery. Unfortunately, there's no word about the RAM, but it is expected to come with Android 8.0 Oreo as its operating system out of the box.
Rumors suggest is expected to launch next month at a press event in China. However, there's no official word from HMD Global about the launch of the device.
