HMD Global has debuted its new budget smartphone, the Nokia C3, in India. Billed as a made for India and made in India smartphone, the C3 will though also make it to some other markets in the coming months.

HMD Global bills Nokia C3 as an affordable smartphone for those upgrading from a feature phone.
