With so much attention being lavished on the upcoming Lumia 1520 phablet lately, you'd be forgiven for forgetting about the 'other flagship' that Nokia announced just two short months ago.

That device is, of course, the Lumia 1020, featuring a mighty 41-megapixel camera, and Nokia has just confirmed that it will finally launch in the U.K. this Thursday.
As we reported in July, the 1020 will be available in the U.K. on Three and O2, while retailers Phones 4U and Carphone Warehouse have also confirmed that they'll be stocking the handset. Virgin Media has confirmed that the 1020 won't be joining their range, while Vodafone and EE have so far remained quiet about whether or not they'll be offering it. O2 will exclusively offer a 64GB version, while other operators will have to make do with the 32GB version only.
No word yet on pricing, but at least there's not too long to wait until all is revealed.
