A recent driver that has appeared on Windows Update has revealed much more then Nvidia would have hoped for. It tells us few things.
Nvidia is working on new nForce drivers all the time, despite their official drivers being very old and unstable when it comes to IDE driver for instance. This is now being fixed no doubt and new drivers should be just around the corner although NV35 might have to be unveiled first.
NV35 will be made available in 2 versions – "Ultra" and non-ultra of course.
There will be a professional version of NV35 – code named NV35GL – and its name will be Quadro FX 3000.
NV35 non-ultra will be called GeForce FX 5900 and faster model of course - GeForce FX 5900 Ultra
In the next two weeks – we should all know everything Nvidia wants us to know about these new cards that are coming so it's not long now...
