Here are all the details that we know about these Nvidia chipsets for the Hammer that we knows so far.
There will be one IGP version with a graphic chip on GPU codenamed Crush K8G that will feature the somewhat slightly crippled Geforce 4 MX core inside and it will obviously have AGP 8X support and hypertransport. Nvidia will not mess with the memory controller since this is now AMD's job and this is pretty much all that Nvidia will do about this core.
As for the south bridge, you may expect similar things that you saw with Nforce 2 since it will use MCPn equipped with UDMA 133, USB 2.0, Firewire, LAN and a nice Nvidia audio solution. A0 tape out should happened back in November followed by the first A01 samples in December while second tape out should take place in December again with A2 samples this month.
Full production will start in March -- just about in time to meet the possible late March, early April AMD launch and volume production.
We are not sure of details and dates for the SPP non-integrated version but we are quite sure it will look the same as IGP but without integrated graphics. As for the name our wild imagination tells me that it could be easily named Nforce 64 but obviously I could be completely wrong about it.
