NVMax 3.00.49 emergency release

I have created an emergency release 3.00.49 to deal with the 21.81 problem (registry change). NVmax 3.00.48 already had support for Det4/XP but due to a stupid programming error by myself it didn't enable. 3.00.49 corrects this problem.
