ObjectDock is a freeware program that lets you have your own turbo-charged taskbar/program launcher. 1.04 has just come out with a ton of tweaks and fixes to it.
Stardock has also released ObjectDock Plus 1.04. It takes the features of its freeware cousin and adds tab support, multiple docks, system tray support, taskbar grouping, smart edge docking, and tons of other features.
