If you've been on the fence about purchasing a VR headset, your time might have finally arrived. After nearly a year of being out on the market, Oculus has reduced the price of its Rift VR headset, Touch bundle, and Touch controller.
While previously priced at $599 without a Touch controller, the new bundle being offered by Oculus direct will now include the Touch controller for the same price. If you already own the VR headset and were holding out on adding a Touch controller to your setup, that has also been reduced by half to $99.
Lastly, those that want to dabble their feet in the VR water for the first time will probably want to head over to your local electronics retailer as they will most likely have the Rift VR bundle with Xbox controller for a $100 off, which means you'll be able to pick it up for the "low" price of $499. Naturally, these retailers should also follow suit in regards to the new pricing and bundles.
