About two weeks ago, the AYA NEO team announced two new upgraded variants of the AYA NEO handheld, and today, the official prices for the two consoles have been declared.
They are named the "AYA NEO Pro" and the "AYA NEO Pro Retro Power +". These new Pro variants feature a more powerful CPU in the form of the 8-core, 16-thread Ryzen 7 4800U compared to the 6-core, 6-thread Ryzen 5 4500U in the original model. The graphics power also receives an uplift with two extra Vega compute units on the new Pro versions.
Besides the upgraded CPU, the new Pro consoles will also pack double the storage compared to the vanilla model. Hence, the base Pro models will feature a 1TB NVMe drive while the more expensive version will come with 2TB.
There's no upgrade to the memory, however, with the new Pro variants still sporting the 16GB LPDDR4X-4266 as system memory. The cooling has also apparently been improved as the new Pro variants come with "a new heat dissipation architecture with dual copper tube".
Prices for the 2TB versions however have not been disclosed yet but the two different 1TB Pro models will have a $100 difference between the regular Pro and the special Retro Power + models.

It has been stated that backers of the original AYA NEO device who haven't had their handhelds shipped yet can make a paid upgrade to the Pro versions in case they wanted.
