Omega/Plutonium xk1.1.07 Drivers for Win2k/XP

These new Omega/Plutonium drivers are based on ati's unreleased 6107 beta driver and are only for Windows 2000 and XP.

What's new in this version:

Fixed many installation problems, especially with Radeon 7500's.
Windows 2000 support has been added back.
All the features of XK1.0.71b, using the 6107 Catalyst Drivers.
