There is a lot of news coming out of gamescom 2017 and it comes as no surprise that more information about one of the premier Xbox One X titles, Forza Motorsport 7, has been announced.
As an Xbox Play Anywhere title, Forza Motorsport 7 will give gamers the option of playing it on either an Xbox One console, or a Windows 10 PC. Those taking advantage of the game on a computer will be happy to know that they won't have to suffer driving through courses with a controller and will be able to take advantage of a wide range of peripherals.
It was revealed that there will be over 30 supported peripherals and that the PC version will run at a native 4K resolution and will have an unlocked frame rate, meaning that the visuals will look even more impressive on high-end hardware. The game will also offer support for multiple monitors and 21:9 displays, for a truly immersive experience. Fans will be able to play a demo of the game on Windows 10 PCs prior to its release.
Along with the features mentioned above, its developer, Turn 10 Studios, said that Forza Motorsport 7 for the PC will also have:
- Support for a Broad Range of PC Setups – Forza Motorsport 7 was designed to run smoothly across a wide range of Windows 10 PCs and performance settings. Not only have we lowered our minimum specifications to i5-750, we’ve also reduced our recommended specifications while still having the game run at a rock solid 60 frames per second. Even gamers with a Surface Book 4 Ultrabook or other budget-friendly gaming PC can play the game. Head over to net for the full list of recommended PC specifications.
- PC Customization Options – We created Forza Motorsport 7 to be optimized for a wide range of Windows 10 PCs.
