One month ago, on July 29, the Windows 10 era kicked off, as Microsoft officially launched the latest version of its OS. Windows 10 will eventually make its way to an astonishing range of devices, including smartphones, micro-PCs, smart displays, set-top boxes, Internet of Things devices, and even Microsoft's own Xbox One console.
Microsoft released Windows 10 as a free upgrade for PCs running Windows 7 and 8.1 last month, but with hundreds of millions of machines eligible, the company decided not to open the floodgates to let everyone upgrade at once. Instead, it's delivering upgrade notifications in 'waves' - but with such huge numbers of PCs to be migrated to the new OS, the company warned that it would take several 'weeks' to complete this process.
Now, a few weeks on from its launch, Windows 10 has made its way to over 75 million machines - but there's clearly a long way to go. We're eager to hear if you're one of those who have made the jump to Windows 10 so far.
Whether you've received your notification and upgraded via Windows Update, performed a manual upgrade or clean install, or even if you have no interest in upgrading yet - if at all - we'd love to know where things stand for you when it comes to installing Windows 10.
