On July 29, 2015, the Windows 10 era officially began. After months of testing, and a seemingly endless stream of preview releases, Microsoft began its rollout to hundreds of millions of PCs around the world, and opened the floodgates for a new generation of devices built on its latest OS.
Windows 10 is intended to run across a vast range of device types - not just desktops, notebooks and tablets, but also smart TVs, phones, Internet of Things (IoT) devices, point-of-sale terminals, and even Microsoft's own Xbox One console.
Microsoft delivered its Windows 10-based update to the Xbox One in November, although most owners of the console would likely struggle to spot anything in the OS that is recognizable as Windows 10.
Windows 10 Mobile - which should have started rolling out as an upgrade to existing devices a couple of weeks ago - was delayed until the first quarter of 2016, so only a handful of Lumia 550, 950 and 950 XL owners have got their hands on it so far, alongside around 8.8% of Windows handset users who have been testing Insider Preview builds of the smartphone OS.
So, as far as most end-users are concerned, Windows 10 has been a PC-only affair, and many have already taken advantage of Microsoft's free upgrade offer for their Windows 7 and 8.1 machines. Others have purchased new Windows 10 devices that have been released in recent months.
However, as things currently stand, we don't have a clear idea of exactly how many devices are now running Windows 10. While one recent report claims that there are now over 200 million devices running the new OS, Microsoft's last official count came almost three months ago, when it announced 110 million installations.
As we enter the new year, just over five months on from its launch, we're eager to hear whether or not you've upgraded to Windows 10 on your PC yet.
Did you upgrade as soon as you could, or did you choose to wait a few weeks or months - perhaps until after the November Update was released? Did you choose to buy a brand new Windows 10 PC instead - or are you intending to stick with an older version of Windows for the time being?
Of course, we know that many of you will have more than one computer, so please cast your vote based on your main PC, i.e. the one that you use the most. We're keen to hear the reasons for your decision too, so once you've voted in the poll, be sure to share your comments below!
