Following the 2019 release of Saint Row The Third on Nintendo Switch, Deep Silver has now announced that the fourth installment in the open-world franchise is also coming to the hybrid. Saints Row IV: Re-Elected will contain the original 2013 game as well as all 25 pieces of DLC that were released afterwards, including the "celebrated" expansions, Enter the Dominatrix and How the Saints Save Christmas.
Saints Row games feature an open-world adventure that would be somewhat similar to Grand Theft Auto, except they take an over-the-top approach to the concept. In Saints Row IV, players take on the role of President of the United States, but they're given an assortment of superpowers to unleash on the world following an alien invasion, such as being able to jump over buildings, kill people with their mind, or run through tanks.
In addition to that, there's a large assortment of weapons and vehicles at your disposal, and there's a weapon customization system too. The title also features seamless drop-in, drop-out cooperative multiplayer, so you can wreak havoc with a friend.
Saints Row IV: Re-Elected will be available on March 27 for the Nintendo Switch. You can pre-order it on Deep Silver's website.
