Samsung unveiled today its latest smartphone offering for the Indian market, the Galaxy M21. The new device is the successor to last year's Galaxy M20, also launched for Samsung fans in India, and it packs a few nifty upgrades.
While its predecessor features a dual rear camera setup, the Galaxy M21 boasts a triple camera consisting of a 48MP main shooter, 8MP ultrawide camera, and a 5MP depth sensor. On the front sits a 20MP selfie snapper.
The phone sports a 6.4-inch FullHD+ sAMOLED display with an Infinity U design. It ships in Raven Black and Midnight Blue color options. Under the hood, it has a massive 6,000mAh battery with up to 15W of fast charging through a USB-C port.
Samsung's latest addition to its Galaxy M lineup is powered by the Exynos 9611 SoC paired with two memory configurations: 4GB/64GB and 6GB/128GB. In addition, its memory is expandable up to 512GB via a microSD card slot. The phone runs One UI 2.0 based on Android 10.
The handset also features a fingerprint scanner on the back. The 4GB/64GB variant retails for ₹12,999 (~$175), and it will be available for purchase on March 23 through Amazon India.
