After Samsung's Bulgarian website confirmed the presence of two variants of the upcoming Galaxy S20 Fan Edition, the smartphone was spotted by tipster @evleaks on the Samsung Philippines website. The listing has since been removed, but not before it was cached by Google.
The listing mentions two colors in which the device will be available, at least in the Philippines, even though we are already aware of six color variants the device will come in. Instead of just calling them blue or lavender, the brand is using Cloud Navy and Cloud Lavender. As you might be aware, giving catchy names for device colors is not a new practice. The page also mentions that the Galaxy S20 Fan Edition will support dual SIM, and come with 128GB of internal storage, which should be the base variant with 6GB RAM.
Samsung will apparently be offering the Galaxy S20 Fan Edition in 4G and 5G variants. The 4G version will use Exynos 990, while the 5G variant will be powered by Snapdragon 865. The handset is expected to feature a 6.5-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate with Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The 32MP front camera will sit in a punch-hole in the center. It's also said to feature an in-display fingerprint scanner.
The Galaxy S20 Fan Edition will feature a triple-camera system at the rear, which includes a primary 12MP f/1.8 lens with optical image stabilization. This is paired with a 12MP ultra-wide lens and an 8MP telephoto camera lens. It will come with a 4,500mAh battery with fast charging support, and is expected to be priced around $750.
