Following HTC's tease of the 'new HTC One', Samsung has also released a new video which gives us the first look of the company's upcoming flagship device, the Samsung Galaxy S6. The following video has been posted by Samsung's official Twitter account:
I am #TheNextGalaxy. See what inspired me at #Unpacked. https://t.co/r9hNJnrMP5
— TheNextGalaxy (@SamsungMobile) February 20, 2015
The video shows us an extremely slim side profile of the device while a voice in the background says:
I am crafted from the beautiful things I see around me, they shape who I am, I am the next Galaxy.
There have been varying reports about the upcoming flagship with some rumors claiming that the device will feature a full-metal body, with a 5.5 inch display. Rumors of a dual-Edge display variant have also surfaced, but are unconfirmed as of now. There have also been unconfirmed reports that the Samsung Galaxy S6 will ship bundled with Microsoft apps and a free Office 365 subscription, which is out of the ordinary but quite possible nevertheless.
Some may find the teaser video a little frustrating, simply because it tells us so little about the new device. The softly lit and gently sculpted silhouette of the device has certainly piqued our interest, but on the question of what exactly we're actually looking at here... well, your guess is as good as ours.
The device will officially be unveiled at March 1, same as that of the new HTC One
