For weeks there have been rumors about an upcoming successor to the Galaxy Watch Active. Despite the smartwatch launching in February, it looks like Samsung could debut a follow up next month.
The news came in the form of a YouTube trailer revealing the impending announcement of not only a new wearable, but also a new tablet. We don't know all the details of what's coming, since Samsung kept things a bit vague in its trailer, only mentioning a new Galaxy Tab and Watch.
Other outlets have detailed that Samsung will introduce a new Galaxy Watch Active 2 and Galaxy Tab S6. If the new Galaxy Watch Active 2 will arrive, we have previously reported that it could have an ECG, Touch Bezel, and Bluetooth 5.0. As for the tablet, it should be quite powerful, with rumors that it will be powered by a Snapdragon 855 SoC, have 8GB of RAM, and come with a stylus.
Luckily we won't have to wait long, as the end of the trailer shows off date of July 30 and August 5, which is most likely when Samsung will give us the full details. Also, don't forget that the firm will hold an event on August 7 to reveal the Galaxy Note10.
