Just ahead of Mobile World Congress 2015 in March, Samsung unveiled its two new Android flagships, the Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 edge. The two range-toppers were soon joined by a third addition to the range, the Galaxy S6 active, last month.
It looks like a fourth S6 model will soon be available, as leaked images have apparently captured the new handset on camera for the first time.
The device identifies itself on boot-up as the 'Samsung Galaxy S6 MINI' - and given how fastidiously the company applies lower-case 'edge' and 'active' branding to those S6 variants, it looks like Samsung may now be going with an all-caps approach for the new smaller model.
Of course, this could also be an indication that the images aren't authentic, but phoneArena - which published the pics after receiving them from a "loyal reader" - seems to believe they're the real deal.
Unfortunately, aside from the watermarked-to-death images of the device, no new information is available about the Galaxy S6 mini Mini MINI. Rumors suggest that it could feature a hexa-core Snapdragon 808, 2GB RAM and a 4.7-inch 720p display, but that's all hearsay for now.
