Sigma Hollywood Plus Windows 2000/XP Drivers

Sigma have released new updated drivers for their Hollywood Plus MPEG 2 card. Theses new beta drivers are v2.3 and support Windows 2000 as well as Windows XP.

NOTE: This release fixes the flickering problem that occured on some PAL TVs.
