It was only a couple of months ago when Nintendo announced that it would be releasing a SNES Classic Edition with 21 preloaded games. While those in Europe got immediate access to pre-orders, those in the United States were left waiting. After Walmart jumped the gun last month, consumers have been on edge, waiting patiently for when pre-orders will go live from the likes of Target, Best Buy, Amazon, and more.
Hopefully, you had a good night's rest because you'll be in for a bit of a shock this morning. While many slept comfortably, others were busy getting in their pre-orders with Best Buy and Amazon for the console. Yes, that's right, pre-orders went live and as you might have guessed, they are no longer in stock at the two aforementioned retailers.
While this probably comes as a bit of a shock, those in the US will still have a few more opportunities with Walmart, Target, and GameStop. Unfortunately, those retailers have not announced when they will start their pre-orders, so you'll have to keep a look out.
