Sony has announced that customers in Europe who pre-order the new Sony Xperia XZ3 will be given a free digital download of Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 for PlayStation 4. Those who pre-ordered the phone after August 31, or do so before October 5, will be able to claim the game until October 31 by submitting an e-mail address, mobile number, PSN ID, date of purchase, country, order number, device EAN code, and device IMEI code.
In order to claim, head over to the campaign page on or after September 28, be sure to select your country with the dropdown on top left, if it doesn't do that for you. There are some restrictions however; Sony says that you can only claim one Xperia XZ3 per household, and those who return the device are also ineligible to claim the download. Readers should note that the offer is only available to those in the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Poland, Romania, Hungary, Croatia, and Bulgaria.
Xperia XZ3 is expected to release on October 5, while Call of Duty:Black Ops 4 will drop on October 12. With it being a digital download, you’ll be able to begin playing the game from day one without having to go to the store to queue up. Depending on where you are in Europe, taking advantage of this deal could save you £49.99 or €59.99. The phone itself is being sold by Sony with a price tag of £699.00 in the UK and €799,00 in the countries which use the Euro.
If you're planning to snap up the deal, be sure to check that the retailer you buy from includes a copy of the game with your purchase.
