As promised, Ubi Soft Entertainment has released new patches for Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow to bring the North American, French Canadian, and European/Asian editions of their stealthy 3D action game to version 1.3. This release contains a new ranking management system, several networking improvements and fixes, and a few other changes as detailed in the release notes.

- The password can be deactivated from the home page
- A signal is displayed when players use their microphones
