Starfield features Akila, Neon, and New Atlantis as major locations

Starfield is an upcoming role-playing game of Bethesda that takes place in outer space. We don't know much about the title, but it's supposed to feature similar choices and gameplay elements as Fallout and The Elder Scrolls games.

Today, a couple of unlisted YouTube videos surfaced on social media from the Bethesda YouTube channel. They talk about three different locations known as Akila, Neon, and New Atlantis. We also learned about a terrifying alien race and a political struggle between the Freestar Collective and the United Colonies. You can take a look at the videos below.

Akila

Akila is the capital of the Freestar Collective. Residents believe in personal liberties as opposed to being part of a united front. Unfortunately, they also have to face a terrifying threat called Ashtas. They're a cross between a wolf and a velociraptor.

Neon

Neon is a pleasure city where you can engage in all kinds of vices, including copious amounts of drugs. This may be one of the more popular locations in the game when it finally launches at the end of 2022.

New Atlantis

New Atlantis is the capital of the military faction known as the United Colonies. It seems like they believe in order throughout the various galactic habitats. It seems like the Freestar Collective and United Colonies will be at odds with one another in the game.

These unlisted videos are from the beginning of August so there may be others on the Bethesda YouTube channel that we're unaware of. We'll keep you posted as soon as more are discovered.

What did you think of the trailers? Are you excited to play it on Xbox Series X|S and PC? Let us know. Starfield is only coming to those two platforms on November 11, 2022.
