StyleBuilder RC1 out

Ahh, no StyleXP yet for those that have had theirs expire :( but if you are a stylebuilder there is a RC1 released just now.

These are what have changed since StyleBuilder Beta 4

Works for users that are not administrators.

Other minor bug fixes.

Help Added.
