Microsoft has rolled out a fairly long list of firmware and driver updates to the fifth-generation of the Surface Pro, as well as last year's Surface Pro 6. In both cases, the updates mostly aim to improve system stability and reliability, but the list of changes for 2017 Surface Pro is much longer.
Starting with the Surface Pro 6, there are updates for the Intel graphics driver, display color, and most notably, one for the Surface System Aggregator, which should solve some CPU throttling issues. Here's the full list:

As for the Surface Pro (fifth generation), the list of updates is significantly longer. However, they don't seem to target as many specific issues, with most updates just listing improvements to system stability. There are some improvements to the GPS location service and battery reliability, though. Here's the full list of changes:

If you have either of these devices, you should be able to find these updates through Windows Update, as long as you're running the Windows 10 April 2018 Update, also known as version 1803, or later. Judging by the length of the changelog, your experience should be much better after installing them.
