2K has revealed that it has pulled the highly criticized 2K Launcher from all its published games. Some files remain on PCs without manual deletion, though.

Firaxis Games has removed the often-skipped 2K Launcher from its 4X strategy game Civilization VI. The studio has also confirmed that the next entry in the franchise will not feature the launcher.
