The new 10-year PC cloud gaming agreement with the UK wireless provider EE is Microsoft's latest such deal to convince UK regulators to approve its $69 billion acquisition of Activision Blizzard.

The deal will allow the Japan-based cloud gaming service Ubitus to stream Microsoft's Xbox games, along with Activision Blizzard games if and when the merger with Microsoft is completed.
