Nokia has announced a new budget device, the Nokia C1 Plus. It is the firm's lowest-priced 4G device and runs Android 10 (Go edition). The Nokia C1 Plus costs just €69 and will go on sale this month.

A leaked document suggests that starting with Q4 2020, Google will make it mandatory for devices with 2GB RAM to ship with the Go Edition of Android. The firm will also stop supporting 512MB devices.
After a lengthy hiatus in its rollout, HMD Global has now begun serving the Go edition of Android 10 to the entry-level Nokia 1, which is over two years old. The update promises better performance.
