Apple has confirmed it is closing down its Apple Pay Later service, just months after it launched in the US in October 2023. The company plans to support loans from credit cards later this year.

Apple has introduced a facility for Apple customers that allows them to get loans of a maximum of $1,000 when making online or in-store purchases and divide payments into four installments.
