The new Microsoft Office default font, Aptos, along with the new default Office theme, will begin rolling out to all Microsoft 365 users sometime in September, following a preview for Insiders.

Microsoft has started rolling out the recently announced Aptos font for its Office apps. Aptos will soon replace Calibri, and insiders can already try the new font on Windows, macOS, and Android.
The new Aptos font is now rolling out to Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel apps as the new default font, which was designed to be used with higher resolution displays.
