Netflix's Basic with Ads plan is launching this Thursday in the United States and 11 other countries. The plan is subsidized with advertisements and is therefore a bit cheaper than other plans.

Netflix has confirmed that it will be launching an ad-supported tier of its subscription service on November 3rd. Called Basic with Ads, it will start at a lower price of $6.99 a month.
