The Bing Chat team is currently flighting the new feature that lets the chatbot scan an image and then offer info on that image, and it should be available for every user in the next few weeks.

A new article claims that OpenAI was concerned that Microsoft's move to include the unreleased GPT-4 in its Bing Chat AI would lead to weird answers. OpenAI's concerns were proven to be correct.
The new voice chat feature will allow desktop Bing Chat users to speak questions with an available microphone. Bing Chat will also now respond with its own voice to questions as well.
Bing Chat has gained the ability to provide visual answers to some questions, along with improvements in copying and pasting answers as well as formatting for some prompts like bullets and numbers.
It's been by far the most requested additonal feature by users of Microsoft's Bing Chat chatbot, and now the chat history option has started rolling out for at least some folks online.
