Microsoft has sent over a statement that, unfortunately, does not offer any word on when the company will fill in the gaps in images for the Birds Eye views in Bing Maps or in the Windows 8 Maps app.

Microsoft still has some noticeable photo gaps in its Bing Maps service, as scenes in Los Angeles and Las Vegas show big structures complete in Aerial View but barely under construction in Bird's Eye.
